Return Window Items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- With all original tags attached
- In original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
How to Return Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
