Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Israel)
- Standard shipping: 12-17business days
- Express shipping: 12-15 business days
- Econmy shipping 12-14 business days
- Free shipping on orders over 150 ₪
International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by location (typically 12–17 business days). Additional customs duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
